As another option available to Green Rack Systems. customers, co-location services are available at a solar-powered datacenter. This innovative data center powered by the sun eliminates the production of nearly 20,000 pounds of carbon dioxide every year, as well as eliminating output of nitrous oxide and sulfur dioxide. The end-result? By minimizing the need for fossil fuels, this solar-powered data center reduces the amount of smog and acid rain in the skies above us.

Systems produced by Green Rack Systems also contribute to the reduced demand for power. Low-power system configurations along with high-efficiency power supplies consume less power and require less energy to cool them.

As an additional value-added service for its customers, Green Rack Systems has created its new Green Library. This is a new service designed to complement the company.s existing customer-centric services. The Green Library allows Green Rack Systems to store customer-specific OS images on-site to facilitate system deployments. By allowing us to pre-load customer.s custom OS images on our systems prior to delivery, we save our customers. valuable time in setting-up and configuring the systems upon delivery, allowing the systems to be brought online more quickly and efficiently.
