Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure

Process for acquiring warranty repair
The Technical Support Department will begin the warranty process by issuing a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number after you provide the following information:
- The system serial number
- The part number(s)
- Failure description
Green Rack Systems, Inc. provides 1, 2 and 3 year depot warranty services. Replacement parts will be shipped before 4:00 pm PST if an RMA number is issued prior to that time. However, the shipment of replacement parts is contingent on the availability of parts and the return of the defective part.
Parts must be returned within 10 business days from the date the RMA number was issued.
If you purchased your system from Green Rack Systems and require an cross-ship replacement part, then we will require a credit card number to authorize the cross-ship of the product. Please note: When you request a replacement product, your account (if applicable) or credit card will be charged.
Return the product in the original packaging and shipping box or comparable box. If the product is not packaged correctly, the product warranty will be void.
Clearly write your return address and RMA number on the shipping label. Any package without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused by the Green Rack Systems Shipping Department.
Apply the shipping label to the outside of the box and return to Green Rack Systems, Inc. at the address below:
